Well it is easy.
Start>run>regedit , then go to
HKEY_Classes_Root > CLSID >645FF040-5080-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E
in this key you have to change to value. default and otherone is LocalizdString.
replace the key value with the name you want to give the recycle bin.
refress the desktop and name of Recycle bin is changed.
